如何踢走壓力?

近年本港受情緒困擾的人數有增無減,加上今年疫情嚴峻,工作及家庭壓力倍增,如何令自己放鬆一下?近日求診患者有幾類症狀明顯增加,如濕疹、皮膚敏感、失眠、全身痠痛乏力、頭痛、頭暈、腹瀉、情緒低落等。

其實壓力可降低身體免疫力,最常見為肩頸肌肉繃緊,因而導致頭痛、頭暈、背痛、腰痛、肩頸疼痛等。身體的肌肉筋骨長期處於繃緊狀態,不得舒緩,可引發身體活動機能退化速度加快,出現全身關節肌肉疼痛,倦怠乏力,食欲下降,腹痛腹瀉,甚至失眠。由於疫情關係,洗手及使用酒精物品增多,皮膚容易引發或加重敏感及濕疹症狀,纏綿難癒,心情更差,情緒易鬱結。壓力下或會出現食欲增加,新陳代謝減慢,出現肥胖問題。

減壓方法很多,最快的莫過「笑」,要開懷大笑,要放聲大笑,初時無原因笑,開始之後就可以笑不停了,令自己心情瞬間轉好,身邊人亦會受影響,一齊大笑更可宣泄情緒,心情舒暢,豁然開朗,能與家人、同事一起大笑,氣氛隨即改善,暫且將壓力拋諸腦後,抖數精神,從新出發。

疫情關係,謝絕應酬,多出時間不防在家中多做鍛鍊,修復身體線條,更可強身健體,改善心情。在辦公室亦可偷空做幾分鐘伸展運動,拉拉筋、踢踢腿,或做幾個深呼吸,免疫力提升,亦是抗疫的一個好方法。

飲一口好茶,望望窗外,伸一個懶腰,明天會更好。
